We really enjoyed our stay at F53 Kevin's charming houses. The accomodation is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is a few steps from the center. We will definitely choose this location again when we return to the area.

Perfect location, sparklingly clean rooms, great breakfasts but the staff really made the whole holiday extra special. They were kind, attentive, knowledgeable and so very friendly. I lost my bag with my passport in it and they were super understanding helping me get it back! I wish all hotel staff were so invested in their guests well-being. At reception you can arrange excursions to the Park of the Asinara Island. Parking at the property is free. The place was very nice clean and comfortable. We got a free upgrade and that was amazing because we tavel with our 3 years old and really help to be more comfortable. We decide to stay and extra night because the place is very worth it. The breakfast was great, really nice coffee and friendly staff. The parking is very convenient and a few minutes driving to the best beach
