The location is wonderfully set in the center of the city so all the attractions and activities you may wish to engage in are within walking distance or a very brief motorbike ride for 23 baht. Arden Hotel is a welcoming and safe location located on a quiet street with a 7-11 directly across and a family run thai open air restaurant a few feet away. Housekeeping by Ae-Chan was energetic and the most caring and attentive experience. She took care of me during my stay like I was family. Housekeeper Nutt, and housekeeper, Bam, both are wonderful staff members that have shown attentiveness and kindness and would make all guests feel well taken care of. Bam and Nutt make up rooms better and faster by themselves than teams of 2-3. I want to mention them because Bam and Nutt are a big reason for my return to Arden Hotel as well. The hotel is in the process of installing solar panels as well for cleaner energy sustainability.

The property is a 15-minute walk from Central Festival Pattaya Beach and a 10-minute drive from the nightlife on Walking Street. Suvarnabhumi International Airport is a 1.5 hour drive north of the property. we enjoyed the more quiet side of Pattaya and waking to beach Rd was approx 15 minutes. The neighbourhood has endless food options and bars. a grab costs 70bht for most destinations around Pattaya. we preferred this option

It's a small, very nice apartment, literally the best location you could ever have in Pattaya, near the beach, all the bars and best restaurants. The apartment has a great view of the city from the 25th floor. On the 31st floor there are sun beds with sea view, swimming pool, gym, social lounge with a pool table. You can do laundry as well if needed. You can hear some noise from the music and party outside in the evenings, but it's not annoying. The aircon is really good and quiet. The internet is stable and fast. The host is very friendly and answers quickly by phone if there's anything you need.
