Rooms are spacious and comfortable, we extended our stay by an extra 3 nights and the staff were very accommodating (especially Mr Tran, Ms Thur and Mr Thinh). I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Grand Melia Nha Trang. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I don’t say that lightly. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back, and next time, I’ll bring even more people with me. From now on, every time I stay at another hotel, I’ll expect at least the same level of excellence as the Grand Melia, because it was simply incredible. I would like to give an honorable mention to the amazing team that made this stay so special. A special thanks to Win, Nam Le, Hanh Pham, Khoah Dinh, and Hoang Tran from the reception team, as well as Tuyen Tran from Song Spa and Sugar from the pool service. These are my personal favorites, but I also want to thank the entire staff at Grand Melia. You all contributed to making this stay unforgettable. For a little anecdote, we had originally planned to stay a few days in Cam Ranh, the airport city, at a well-known 5-star hotel (we’ll keep its name anonymous, but it starts with an “R”). To our surprise, the hotel was shockingly dirty. Even the staff seemed astonished by the state of the place. Needless to say, we packed our bags quickly and headed back to Grand Melia for one more night before our flight I will definitely return. See you again soon, Grand Melia! 💕
