A unique experience. We spent one night in this cottage, and the only sound was the croaking of frogs. It felt like we were in a tropical forest. The next morning Mr. Peter showed us his botanical garden, which contains extremely rare plants also from other continents.

Lovely, big, beautiful gem, close to Australia zoo! Has a lot of nature around with wild kangaroos, birds and greens. I would recommend coming for 2 nights minimum if you want to see the birds being fed and enjoy the nature, I wish I knew before!

The hosts are just lovely! Super cheerful, super friendly and we really admired how much effort they put in shaping their garden! The room is spacious and cozy. It has a nice Provence-alike vibe :) The breakfast is HUGE. I used to see way fewer options (and less tasty) in hotels than in this lovely B&B.

The size of the property and the decor was exactly what we were expecting from a relaxing weekend away. The wonderful couple, who are very much involved in making your stay a unique experience, were exceptionally generous with their in room treats as well as the delicious and rich breakfast they offer. The accomodation was exceptionally well fitted out, everything was thought of and more. Cosy & modern with little personal touches. Private and serene, woke up and listened to bird song and watched the sky lighten up with a nice coffee in hand.

The gardens surrounding the accommodation are incredible. My whole family loved exploring them and learning more about the plants from Peter. He generously gave us some cuttings to take home to our garden, and set up a fire pit so we could roast some marshmallows. The beds were comfy, kitchen had all you need, and there was plenty of room to relax. Great location for easy access to all of the Sunshine Coast's highlights whilst being in a quiet area.

My daughter and I had a lovely time at Bielby's Hideaway to celebrate her 30th birthday. Such a beautiful secluded spot. The unit had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the nights were so quiet and dark that I slept really well. We loved sitting in the outdoor area. The hedge gives just the right amount of privacy. An extra bonus was that my phone had no signal, so I had no reason to pick it up. 😃 I will definitely be going back!

Highlight is staying amidst the amazing gardens on the property. For us it was a very convenient stopping point to access and visit our friends in the Sunshine Coast area. Very quiet location and hosts were separate and private to accommodation. Villa is basic but has all amenities you need. Great to be able to bring our dog.

the accommodation was clean and well equiped. Large screen TV with netflix, both double bedrooms had En-Suite bathrooms with large showers. The gardens are superb and Peter gave us a guided tour with plenty of information about the plants and history of the Gardens. Ample parking and very private accommodation. Ideal for a quiet break or to explore the local area.
