The level of hospitality was excellent. Host Steven and Karen were great in any aspect. Treaded us as king and queen. Room, in our case called Owen was very clean and perfect in detail. Steven offered even his free time to sort out buying cruise tickets after the railway cancelled the ride. Breakfast was top.
