Our stay at the POVI Guest House was excellent. Connie is one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. The accommodation was basic but clean, and she went above and beyond to help. You can book activities through the guest house; we booked game drives and river cruises, all of which were excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

The hospitality offered by our host was top notch.From the get-go, he proved to be a very experienced,warm host. Offered us free shuttle service from the airport,even facilitated a tour of Kasane and Kazungula,took us across the bridge to Zambia at no extra cost, and arranged a day trip for us to Victoria falls👏👏. Support staff was equally enthusiastic about ensuring our comfort. Rooms are clean and well kept,linen fresh with toiletries replenished daily. After sales service left us with nothing to say but "wow" because 3 days later, Dan called to check that we travelled back safe. A definite gem if you're looking for an affordable,safe, quiet stay.

What I loved the most about my stay in Africa was definitely the staff. Boa and Letti are fantastic! They make you feel right at home from the very beginning, always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very comfortable, cool, and offers great value for money. Hosts Cindy and Orato were amazing, went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and put us in touch with reasonably priced tour operators. Accommodation was comfortable and had everything necessary for self-catering. Lovely patio to relax on and beautiful gardens. Safe parking.

Such a nice place at an affordable price, comfortable beds, restaurant where you can watch birds and in the evening a warthog comes by, good breakfast and own pier at the river where the sunset boat cruise start, very convenient for travelers not on an organized tour. It's also very close to the center/shopping mall, where you can buy whatever you need and also change money (in front of the mall is a bank). For solo travellers going to Maun on bus, there is only 1 direct connection overnight. For day connection you have to change in Natta but it's a safe connection (long but with local fun).

Excellent! The sisters Gosiame & Lesego are wonderful hosts. Great service, they helped us booking our taxis and tours immediately after our arrival. Good breakfast and nice, clean rooms with everything you need. We stayed there 3 nights and it was perfect for us.
