(Summer holiday). Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sachseln, Verena's Boutique Villa au lac is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the lake.

Staff we're all friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Location is close to bus/train station, Pilatus tram station, and Lake.

The property was pretty and in a nice little area, which I loved. It was close to the train station so therefore I was able to go to Luzern really easily.

Very kind and accommodating receptionist who went out of her way to provide us with a last-minute meal as we hadn't found anywhere we could eat that night. Warm, cosy room with comfortable beds and tea-making facilities. Even though shared, the bathrooms were very clean.
