This is a great place to stay when in Pucón.The location is perfect-in the centre.The staff are friendly and helpful and in this regard I want to mention Ingrid-helpful and welcoming....My room was clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was top class.....Worth returning to....Top marks

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even prepared us breakfast to go als we had to leave very early. The last night the wifi did not work but the staff were really giving their best to fix the situation.

A remote place to switch off or to relax after visiting the sights in the surrounding area (of which there are many). The owner Michael and Stefanie escaped crowded Europe and created their own little paradise in perfect peace in nature, to share it with their visitors, who have their privacy but feel like visiting old friends in their home. Their welcoming hospitality goes from heartily prepared breakfasts and - in case you choose for - delicious dinners with healthy ingredients from their garden over millions of tips and advises for discovering the area and to preparing the hot tub for your return in the evening. They pay attention to every little detail in order to give you the perfect holiday experience. We will certainly remember the days at them as one of the most beautiful hosting experiences and never forget the perfect peace and quiet while sitting in the hot tub in the evenings under the Milky Way with the red glowing top of volcano Villarrica. Vielen Dank, lieber Much und liebe Steffi!
