I can't speak highly enough of the pension. The photos give some idea of how unique and authentic this place is. Travelling solo, I had a spacious room, a comfortable bed and facilities you'd expect in a 4 or 5 star hotel. And the hosts - You would go a long way to meet more friendly, pleasant, and helpful people such as Margarita and Cristina. Although the room didn't have a shower (external one came with a key to lock for private use), it had a hand basin and towel. A towel/dressing gown and slippers also provided!

The room is very clean and spacious, perfect for a one day stay. It's close to all historical places. There's an open rooftop, so you can enjoy a beautiful city view. Self check-in and check-out are very convenient.

Very basic room. But a bed and shower is enough for one night. Very nice breakfast and buffet for dinner. Parking just by the hotel.

We stayed one night as a stop in our trip between Valencia to Paris. We enjoyed the swimming pool and did a barbecue. If we had time we would have enjoyed to spend longer there. They also had a fridge with drinks and food in case you did not bring any.

The staff welcomed us very warmly. They were all great. The building is quite quirky and very attractive. It's located in town, near the lake. We ate in house and dinner was excellent value. Banyoles is very expensive for accommodation so La Flora is really good value.
