Beautiful property, very specious room, all renovated with big bathroom including sauna. The owner was super welcoming and brought us breakfast in the morning. Very quiet in a renovated farm surrounded by horses.

Clean and spacious room and great bathroom. Breakfast was great and Serge and his wife really went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay and really accommodating for our dog. Nice countryside location but short drive to Avallon with its restaurants and amenities.

Brandon was incredibly hospitable. Carpe Diem is beautiful, the room we stayed in was small but perfectly fine for 2 of us. The decor was beautiful. The garden was lovely, and having parking at the back was super.

We liked everything. The spacious room, a very comfortable bed, the kindly and charming owners, our simple but delicious dinner with local wine and cheese, our French-style breakfast, the atmosphere in the bar/café. Also the easy parking, good WiFi and cleanliness - we approve the rule of ‘no shoes indoors’.
