We cannot thank Annie enough for her hospitality and all she did for us during our stay in Nice! The apartment was in a fantastic location, it was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Annie provided breakfast for us both mornings delivered fresh from the bakery, she provided home made fig jam and home cakes which were delicious! We would definitely recommend staying at the apartment if you are travelling to Nice, it is literally 2 blocks from the beach! Annie is a fantastic host and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is one you will not forget! Thank you so very much Annie xx

Geographically, it takes about 20 minutes to drive from Angel Bay and about 20 minutes to walk to the tram stop, which is a very convenient place for us. There is also a parking space available for €5 a day, which I think is a good deal in a place where parking is very hard to find. The host was very warm and helped us heat the food we brought and provided us with cutlery. On top of that, they have two very cute kids! My wife likes them very much, and the host is willing to let us take photos with them. The children are very cute and lively. There is no doubt that the living experience here will be a very important color in our trip to Nice

Super lovely staff, very much a self-service type of place. Great common room to meet people. Room itself is basic but the AC works well, bathrooms are clean and never had to queue, and the in-house laundry was a great touch. I think the bad reviews are extremely unjust and done by people who had expectations of a hotel as opposed to a friendly guesthouse.
