We liked the size of the bathroom, the morning gown and slippers, the spa smell of the corridors and room, the bottled waters, coffee and tea, biscuits and crisps, the tv with lots of channels and the dressing table that is actually facing the light! 😊 The only thing that bothered us lightly was that the hot and cold water taps are separate instead of a mixer tap ☺️ Overall, we enjoyed our stay

This is a beautiful house in a stunning location ideally placed for hillwalking in the Cheviots and close to major tourist attractions. Jane and Adrian are charming hosts and Jane is a terrific cook. The breakfasts were delicious and dinner was also wonderful. Our room was comfortable and elegant and doubled as a lovely living room. We had French doors onto a beautiful garden. I would love to stay here again very soon. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ingram House to anyone.

The host was very welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of tips about trips in the area. The beds were very comfortable and the whole feel of the place was cosy and homely. We had a peaceful and relaxing time and slept really well. The carrot cake in the cafe is the best I have ever tasted! The views from the bedrooms was delightful. Our highlights in the area were the evening walk from Craster to Dunstanburgh, Alnwick Castle and Bamburgh castle. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The b&b is well located and ideal to visit Alnwick and the beautiful surrounding area. Our room was very big and clean, very comfortable bed too. Easy check in with clear instructions. We loved breakfast, freshly cooked and varied! Staff was nice as well and the lady we met at breakfast gave us some nice recommendations on walks. Definitely recommend!
