My friend and I stayed using two rooms and both of us would have no hestlitation in returning. Great value for money. Nicola and James made us welcome. super friendly but not "in your face". Nicole was alone in the bar and restaurant but the effort she put in you wouldn't have noticed she was by herself. Excellent food from James, comfy cosy room, fantastic management. Also we were introduced to Duck chips, WOW! Will be back with the family next time we are in the area.

Location was in a lovely and quaint village, the room and pub were full of charm, cosey and very comfortable. The staff and owner were very welcoming. The food in the evening was delicious and we had a good breakfast too. If we are ever that way again we will definitely stop again.

One of the most beautiful and relaxing stays The property is located in the heart of the English countryside. If you love nature and animals, it is truly an enchanting place. What can we say about our stay? The room was super cosy and clean, but the bed made all the difference: we slept exceptionally well. We chose to have dinner there, and we made the right choice! Local products cooked to perfection! If you can, book for the weekend: breakfast is worth it. It was a surprise for us, but it was definitely the highlight of a fantastic short stay.
