The room was comfy, everything was clean, the owner very kind and the place very quiet. It had plenty of details like shampoo and bath gel, boiler, coffee, milk, still water. The room is in a private area for clients, etc. Besides the beach for a nice morning walk. I forgot my earphones and the owner called me to ask my address to send them. Very good quality-price.

Karl’s sister was so nice through our stay. She helped with everything, there was no problem with our unfortunate late check-in, and we also could store our luggages there after check-out. Everything was okay with our room, and with the breakfast. I’m sure we’ll stay there again if we come back to Liverpool. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed one night in this typical English brick house with several rooms. The rooms are really very nice and clean, you have everything what you need for a sleepover, the comfortable beds, the nice bathroom, the possibility to use the common kitchen. The landlord is very kind. The breakfast room is downstairs, you can find here coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereals, yogurts, milk and fresh fruit. It is further from the center, but you can take a direct bus from city center (cca 30 min.). I recommend this accomodation, you will feel well here.

Debs and Graham were wonderful hosts, both very kind and welcoming. Felt like I was right at home!! Rooms were beautifully designed, and in a great location, super easy for me to get around Bootle and make my way to Liverpool Town Centre. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit. Julie and Peter were such lovely people, amazing hosts and really went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. This stay was to find somewhere close by to relatives and it was the perfect location. Quiet room, lovely breakfast and the resident pooches were a huge bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back as my first choice.

The owners are absolutely wonderful, so very friendly and welcoming, very fun to chat to. The room was comfy and clean with everything I needed, coffee and tea, shampoo, body wash etc. The location is great in terms of getting to and from the city centre, there are buses pretty much right outside and Uber is cheap to get home. The area felt very safe too, as a solo female traveller this was very important to me.
