We were delighted throughout the stay! The amount of attention to detail was impressive. The room with a large bathroom was very clean. There was a soft carpet on the floor of the room, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had a bathrobe, a supply of towels, a coffee maker, a kettle, sweets. Entire facility was very cozy, we felt well taken care of. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, plentiful. We were really pleasantly surprised by this bed & breakfast and would love to come back one day! During our short stay, we felt better at this hotel than on a tropical all-inclusive holiday. We recommend!

Steve and Heather are two amazing hosts. The room was welcoming, cozy, comfortable and clean. They welcomed us and were very nice and kind. Breakfast was deliciously home-made. They were also very kind and helpful with directions and recommendations on what to do in Edinburgh. Absolutely recommended. Hope to come back soon!

The place was conveniently located near the city center, which made it easy to explore the area. Since everything in England tends to be quite expensive, we chose one of the most affordable rooms—and we were actually very happy with our choice. After all, when you're out sightseeing all day, the room mainly serves for rest and sleep. That said, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. For budget travelers, it’s a good option with great access to the city.
