The hosts are wonderful, very friendly and nice. We can definitely recommend to stay here. We got a delicious cooked breakfast, the room was beautiful, freshly renovated with nice bathroom. At our next stay in Elgin we will definitely stay there again if possible.

Everything was perfect during our one-night stay in Elgin. In fact, we arrived quite late, and the owner was still waiting for us, eager to talk to us and attend our needs. Each space in the Guest House was clean and tidy; the room was comfortable and had all we needed and more. The location was also perfect, walkable to plenty of restaurants. We definitely recommend it!!!!

The breakfast was cooked to order, and there was an extra charge; however, the price of the room was very reasonable, so the extra charge for the breakfast was expected The bathtub/shower was very lovely and I could tell the entire room had a woman's touch. Very nice.

Good well cooked breakfast served every morning along with a nice selection of cereals, the hotel is a short walk into town where there is a reasonable amount of restaurants. I ate in the hotel a few times and the food served was nicely presented and tasted delicious

lossiemouth house was in a great location to walk to the beach and explore the seashore. It was easy to explore the surrounding areas without the business of larger cities. The history is enchanting as well

A excellent place to stay Maria the host is very helpful and goes out of her way to give you a full experience of Findhorn life, lovely breakfast, real attention to detail make this place a great place to stay.

If I could give this an 11 I would. The room was super comfortable , private, quiet, spotless, great bed with an incredible bathing area. The owners were more than friendly;they made us feel welcome and genuinely cared. After several days when we needed to leave VERY early to travel Graham met us personally at 6 am to help us with our bags. Breakfast was served family style… this was a true inn. The area is just far enough from a small town to give the feeling of staying in a real Scottish estate. If you’re going to the Speyside area, this should be your first choice.
