Our most favorite place to stay in Scarborough. Located on the hill above the Scarborough Spa, with a fantastic views to the sea and the city. Excellent breakfast, feeling like at home.

You won't find a better hotel at this price point. The area is lovely and the view from the terrace is the best in town. The owner is absolutely determined to make this work and puts in a huge effort. My daughter left her toy here and he posted it back to us, which was extremely kind. In future, I would go for one of the king rooms as the double rooms are standard doubles.

Everything especially the little touches like a guest book and KitKats. I'm vegan and they went and got oat milk for the room. Fantastic will definitely be back.

Tracy is a wonderful host, she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Room and facilities are good. Full english breakfast vegetarian style was a nice start of the day.
