The room was spotlessly clean ..Bed was really comfortable and Sue and her son were very friendly and obliging . Having Netflix and plenty of channels on TV was a bonus due to the rain!!!!

Well cooked breakfast with choice of how eggs done.... to perfection. Friendly conversation offered but in no way over bearing. Off street parking was excellent as well as location. Next door had some renovation work being done which will only improve the location over all.

It was a wonderful stay, really enjoyed it. The bed were very comfortable and the bathroom super clean and modern same for the kitchen. Easy access to the rest of middlebrough even just by walking and Mr Raymond was very attentive to his guest. 10/10 stay really just amazing 👏
