The staff was fantastic! The owner came over to ensure everything was fine during our breakfast, the staff from the restaurant was lovely and they did an outstanding job as I have allergic requirements, everything was delicious (and safe, thank you!) The place is a dream, we went to celebrate a birthday surprise for a friend and she was delighted!! The rooms are decorated like in a great literature book, and coffee & tea is also provided, I was lucky to enjoy the morning coffee painting in the middle of nature as they have tables around the place surrounded by nature 😍 Couldn't recommend it more !! We will definitely be back! (Easy access - clear instructions on our way, nice road and close to Brighton - 30 mins by car, without the busy environment over there and the opportunity to visit nearby natural places)

What a fab place to stay. We were going to Brighton for a graduation the next day. Arrived late at night, but check-in was really easy as we were sent a door code. The family room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely bathroom too. The complimentary porridge pots and orange juice was an added bonus.

Moap's Farm Bed and Breakfast is set in a bucolic location overlooking fields with horses towards the South Downs. There was not another house visible and, when we stayed, the trees were just beginning to take on their fall colours. Our room was nicely quirky and very comfortable. Our host was exceptional. Moap's Farm is still a small working farm so it would be wrong to expect all the luxuries of a grand hotel but, if you value, beautiful views set in the countryside of East Sussex, you will love the place.
