I've stayed here regularly over the past few years, whenever I visit Leamington (where I was born and grew up). I would not consider staying anywhere else. It's a well-run family hotel. I like the atmosphere of the hotel, it is quiet, despite a busy road outside, and 10 minutes' walk from the Parade (the main street). Excellent breakfast. Ii've already booked my next visit.

Convenient location and an excellent continental breakfast with lots of choices including a variety of fresh fruit, yoghurts, crumpets and more. Helpful friendly staff. Quiet room in spite of being in a busy town. Lots of places to eat out a short walk away.
