Everything about the property was exceptional! The room was so lovely, clean and modern. We were told to help ourselves to snacks in the kitchen which was lovely. The bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing. We definitely did not want to leave. The location was perfect for what we needed. If we are ever back we will definitely be staying again here.

Excellent customer service. I called a couple of days before to see if it was at all possible to check in a couple of hours earlier due to a meeting. This was facilitated without any hesitation. Staff in the bar are excellent also. Will 100% stay again when travelling through Scotland.

Debbie was a fantastic Host, very friendly & with lots of helpful information on the area. We were made to feel so welcome it was like home from home, even our little Dog was made welcome. The rooms were very new and clean. The furnishing is like brand new. WiFi was also fast. My guess is that they have renovated and the place was very well maintained. The location is not so far away from town. The bus stop is just outside this property. It takes only 15-20mm to reach town. Sharon who was on duty was very friendly and helpful with good local knowledge to help us get to the places of interest. I’d strongly recommend especially if you’re traveling to Edinburgh for the first time.
