Location is perfect, especially if traveling with public transport, near the port, near the restaurant, and a minute from the bus station. Room we stayed in is beautiful and the whole property is nicely decorated and cozy. Fiona was an amazing host. Very informative on all things Islay related- restaurants, distilleries and things to do / places to go. The breakfast has a very deserved reputation- so many choices and all fresh and cooked to perfection.

Andrew and Allison were excellent in providing a beautiful large comfortable room with an excellent water view. Central location. Delicious choices for breakfast and SO helpful in assisting with travel around the island, booking tours/tastings and getting us a driver for day trips and to the ferry. Superb choice for us - we’d definitely stay again!
