I reckon that is is the best choice in the area for value , comfort ,and atmosphere.really nice bathrooms and comfortable beds . Good food and drinks at the bar and restaurant or outside in summer . Staff are freindly and helpful. Lovely walks in the area too!

I like the location and the friendly staff. Location is close to the public transport and shops. Staff is always on hand . Also waited patiently even if guest would arrived late, like midnight or early hours.

My son and I went to Liverpool to see a game at Anffield. The house is really comfortable and very pleasant. It's also a real plus to have access to the living room and the kitchen, which is modern and perfectly equipped. The stadium is just a 5-minute walk away. During our travels, we enjoy meeting new people. And then we met Francis, whose sense of hospitality and kindness are literally off the charts. Of course, he did everything he could to make our stay as smooth and easy as possible, from the moment he made contact just after we booked. The room was comfy, everything was clean, the owner very kind and the place very quiet. It had plenty of details like shampoo and bath gel, boiler, coffee, milk, still water. The room is in a private area for clients, etc. Besides the beach for a nice morning walk. I forgot my earphones and the owner called me to ask my address to send them. Very good quality-price.

The location was excellent, very close to the Anfield stadium, which was a big bonus for us. Communication with the host was top. She also prepared something to eat and a drink for us, very nice. We would definitely stay again and I'd recommend it to anybody.
