The room (Queen Deluxe) was very spacious, comfortable and spotless! There’s a small TV room as well, that was a pleasant surprise. Amazing shower, soft towels, nothing to complain really. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly.

The Communication and helpfulness provided by Melanie from day one was second to none. incredible stay! Ian, the host, was super friendly. So many thoughtful touches throughout the property, and it was finished to a high standard. Made me feel very cozy and at home! Also a two minute walk from Tesco which is handy, and only about 10 or so minutes walking to the station too so a great location!

Very pleasently surprised, the accommodation was really done well and seemingly quite recently. while we were a little conceened walking up as it looked like a veyr average area and pub, it was very confortable and quiet. You need to go up quite a few stairs depending what level you are on, but for us that was not an issue (just to let anyone know that is not as mobile). We had a room that was in the roof line and amazing with the original oak beams. The pub was not at all reowdy even though it was a Saturday night and we had a lovely bedtime drink before retiring,
