Nice place to stay: spotless clean rooms, good price, 3 minutes to metro station and 15 min to the airport by car. We need to stay just for one night not far from the airport because of the really early flight. But we were completely fascinated with amazing owners of this place. The hotel is eco friendly: there are a lot of sustainable solutions being used. The house was built by the owner 10 years ago with energy conservation, water and electricity saving technologies. And it was so interesting to learn about it from the owner's story. The family that runs the house really cares about the future. Hope to stay here again. Thank you Inna & Rosik

Lovely place with well equipped apartments. The apartment was warm not considering the cold water in Tbilisi when we visited. Good location and spotless apartments. A small welcome gift waited us in the room that made the stay even better. The communication before and during our stay with the host was smooth and he gave us a lot of tips on places in the area.

I consider ourselves very lucky to have chosen Georgian Hosts Tbilisi. Our host and his whole family were amazing hosts, above and beyond expectations. The accommodation is in a great location - we enjoyed being able to walk around the area every day, plus the views are really worth the climb. The room is fully equipped, spotlessly clean and catering for all needs. Every day we were treated to a varied breakfast of local food, which was delicious every day - I give a huge A++ for the desserts!:) I can only speak in superlatives - we are very grateful for the kind hospitality - because this was not just an accommodation, we felt like real guests.

Quite comfortable room with two beds one above the other. Room is small, but I knew it from manager, and it was matching my needs for short stay with minimum time to spend in it. Condition was clean and tidy. Small own bathroom with shower. Good towels have been provided. Aircond was operational. Perfect location for my planned activities in Tbilisi. Very friendly manager. I came on site at 5 am and have checked in at once, as it was preliminary discussed with owner/ manager. Optimal price to conditions ratio.

Very close to Liberty Square stop and Metro. Alex and wife were very polite and helpful in showing the rooms available, shared bathrooms, kitchen facilities and access doors,. They even agreed to hold excess baggage for me until my return from a scheduled tour to Central Asia, when I will be staying with them again. They are on site in neighboring apartment and facilities are very secure.
