Very, very clean and has luxurious vibe. You order breakfast and it's made for you, when I had to leave early (before breakfast hours), they made breakfast for me earlier. Staff is so nice, other guests at the hotel are also amazing and very friendly. Also very quiet, perfect to rest! Very close to all attractions in Xela (5 min on foot to city center, 15 to cemetary). Would definitely recommend to others and book at the same place again :)

Nice spacious room near the center. The staff was lovely and it has a very functional kitchen. So far the best and hottest shower in Guatemala.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, it was the best i’ve stayed at for a long time. Its atmosphere, terrace and staff is amazing. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a big window. It was quiet too, which is quite a big deal considering how close it is to the center. It’s an island of peace. The view from the terrace is really nice. I’m glad I found this hotel and hope that I’ll have the chance to return.

A very good stay. Casa Elizabeth is comfortable, peaceful and very well-managed. The staff are really great and were very helpful in all matters. The breakfast is excellent and kitchen facilities are available. Great location on a quieter street near the Paque Centro.
