When you first arrive, from the street it doesn't look very exciting. However, when you get in and are shown to your room, you can see that a gifted interior designer has been at work. A pleasant surprise, making the stay rather enjoyable. Unfortunately they didn't offer breakfast at 4.30, but I could live with that.

Place is new, well maintained and well appointed. Has only 10 rooms, so it is very quiet. Great restaurant downstairs, ample parking space. Great choice if staying in Vukovar.

Villa Rosa is very nice place to stay. You are on the the river, everything is in walking distance. Place is quiet and peaceful. Beds comfortable and spacious rooms with nice and clean bathroom. Host was excellent, communication was spot on. Option of breakfast available however Vukovar is so beautiful that we had breakfast in the city. Will be back.
