The location is in a very quiet area, not too far from the city center. We walked to the center in about 15–20 minutes, but public transportation is probably also available. There are Tesco-type stores and a few smaller restaurants nearby, which is convenient if you don't feel like going all the way into the city center. The room was very clean, all the amenities were new and fully functional. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and so did the shower. There was also a capsule coffee machine — basically everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable for us, and there were three types of pillows available, so you could choose the one that suited you best. There’s parking space in the yard for two cars, but the street and area are very quiet, so parking shouldn't be a problem. Access to the property is via a code, and the process was extremely simple — nothing complicated at all. Everything was great!

Everything was perfect. The owner was helpfull and friendly, the warm and very clean room, the parking (private , closed), the good equiped kitchen, the quietness of the area during day and night. We stayd for just one night, but would recommend it for a longer stay as well.

We first stayed here for one night 2 years ago on our trip to Greece. This year we extended our stay in Szeged and spent two nights here at first, and only one night on our return from Greece. Very pleasant and helpful owner. She will adapt to your arrival. Perfect breakfast, large clean room. The guesthouse is easy to find + within reach of public transport (bus, tram). There is also a shared kitchen (cups, plates, kettle, microwave) with a dining room. The room has a spacious wardrobe where you can comfortably put everything you need. Ideal for a stay with children - quiet location, near a playground, restaurants...
