Mr Denis was so hospitable and respectful. He made us Rose tea which was delicious! He was trained on cruise ships to the highest standards so he knows what hes doing. His English is excellent and he understood our needs. He piggybacked the 2 of us into town on his scooter where there is a restaurant which other customers recommend as cheap and good food. He even went to the money changer for us. He is very proud of his establishment and has worked hard to achieve. Room is impeccable clean. Mr Denis picked up breakfast for us in the morning. We were sad to leave.

Excellent property the owner even dropped us in his car nearby. The receptionist girl was amazing and kind. She supported every request without hesitation. She even provided us with lazy frog logo cup as memoirs. Amazing place to stay.

Location looks a bit like a converted villa. Nice room with a high ceiling, making it feel very spacious. Room is modestly furnished, but looks pleasant. Decent beds that come with a mosquito netting, which is always welcome. Room is very clean, even the paint looks like it was done recently. Room comes with functioning A/C. Bathroom is simple, but clean and in good condition. Showers have adjustable temperature, so i could finally have a lukewarm shower! Facilities are good. There's a nice little gazebo with some tables by the center where you can have a drink. There's also a pool, which was clean. I really liked using it, as I'm not much of a beachgoer. Staff was pleasant. Owner is a nice and humble guy. Haven't tried the included breakfast as i got up late, so i can't speak on whether it was good or not. Location is very good, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, as is the beach. The area around the guesthouse is really quiet and serene, so outside of having a few dogs barking in the distance, it's nice and quiet at nights. Another nice bonus is that it's situated straight west of Margao, meaning that if you want to go north or south by car/bike from here, you can skip the horrendous congestion at Margao. Best of all - and the reason why it's a 10/10 - is that it's very good value for money. At 1.5k rs a night, it's really one of the cheaper locations in the area, and at least just as good. For what i got here, i expect to pay twice that amount. I find that people give very high or very low ratings too easily, and i don't give a 10 lightly. It's very well deserved!

Had all amneties stated on booking Manish and his staff were extremely friendly and attentative. Could get cold drinks directly from him for very reasonable price. Short easy walk to the beach, shops and resteraunts and can have moped delivered to you from hotel to explore other further beauties. Great stay highly recommended
