This was a great overnight stay traveling from France to Tuscany. Newly renovated 6 room guesthouse that was SUPER clean and shiny. Hostess was great with communication as we arrived late but had no problem accessing room. Room 3 had a king size bed, hot, clean shower, coffee maker and hot pot for tea. There was a common room for toys for kids. We had a small balcony with a nice sunset view. Price:value ratio was awesome.

The bathroom was clean and the matrass and bed are brand new, so very comfortable. There is enough parking space and local shops and restaurants are at walking distance. I was on the 4th floor with a nice view and very quiet at night.

Pristine property, beautiful outdoor and pool areas to relax and have aperitivo, great breakfast. Massimo and Federico went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent, checking on us by the pool, making dinner reservations, pancakes for breakfast, the list goes on!

our room was spacious with views of the surrounding countryside. it was quiet, comfortable, modern and very clean. our hostess was lovely and kind, she spoke a little English, she tried hard to help us and answered all of our questions. the WiFi was very good. very good traditional European breakfast.
