It is an exquisite hotel. The rooms are just beyond beautiful and appointed perfectly. The lobby is all original from the 1500’s. So if you enjoy history, it’s beyond wonderful. The view from our room was unbelievable- all of the countryside of Montepulciano. The owners, 7th generation of this original residence, are wonderfully kind and caring hosts. Breakfast each morning in the lobby (which is a massive old world room) is homemade each day. It is steps away from the main Piazza is town. As a lover of history, it is one of the most unforgettable places I will have ever stayed.

The property was clean and super nice. Unlike many of the places we have stayed so far there was a very welcome attention to detail with some proper shower gel and shampoo as well as some breakfast stuff. The owner was wonderful and provided us with some very useful information and we ended up having an amazing dinner nearby.
