Our host was fantastic - super responsive and always available to answer questions. The apartment was clean and comfortable, making us feel safe as solo female travelers. The insider tips on local eats and activities were invaluable, and the free breakfast vouchers at a nearby bakery were a lovely touch. The beautifully tended bonsai garden was a lovely surprise, and the host's offer of transportation was especially helpful for my 78-year-old mom, making our stay in Civitavecchia truly special.

The host Nicola was incredibly helpful with a great deal of local knowledge. The accommodation was centrally located, clean, modern, and well maintained. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely host, met all our wishes, welcomed us warmly and gave us a free check-in 3 hours earlier than the check-in time. Lovely new cosy room with good quality sanitary equipment and snow-white linen. Fabulous hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will stay again if we are in the area. We took two rooms here for our family before our cruise the next day. The hotel was modern and very comfortable. The staff were superb and so helpful, they efficiently organised all of our taxis for us, helped with restaurants etc. Included breakfast was an added bonus. Thanks so much.

We loved our stay here! Janet was a fantastic and generous host. She is someone who genuinely wants everyone to have the best time in her place. She picked us up from the train station and took us there on our way back. The breakfast was catered to whatever we wanted and the time we wanted. And it was great! The apartment and the room were very nice and clean, and we could even see the sunset from a large balcony. We couldn’t recommend Janet’s B&B more.

For the cheap price I paid, I had small expectations but then I was happily surprised. Everything was clean, I had my own bathroom with some essentials, I could use the kitchen, I was alone and quiet all evening, I had a small breakfast and I could leave my bag after check-out.

1 night pre-cruise. Perfect location. Easy walk from train and then to the port. The accommodation was like a bed and breakfast with 2 couples. It included 2 separate, nice size, bedrooms each with a private bathroom and a shared kitchenette with self serve items for breakfast. Good location with restaurants, cafes, shops and a grocery store. Quiet street. The owner was very nice. We would definately stay here again.
