Your customer service is excellent, starting with my first phone call with Federica, who was very informative, knowledgeable & and courteous. She also helped with procuring a transfer from the train station to Amina Guest House and back to the airport the next day. The driver, Emiliano, was also very pleasant in communicating with us. The place is well located close to the airport, you walk 3 minutes and there is a bus stop. To check-in was super easy, you do it by yourself and the instructions a very clear. The place was clean, air conditioner working super well, it was a great fit for my stop over in Rome. The support from the owner was super fast via WhatsApp.

the facility was amazing. Extremely clean and spacious, perfect for travelers with a flight at FCO because the room can accommodate multiple luggages. we had room 101 and my partner and I had more than enough space for all our 4 luggages. The staff were so nice too and helpful and getting a ride for the airport was hassle free with Domina’s help. Definitely will stay here again when we visit Italy!

Very clean and organized Super easy contactless check in Coffee and other food for breakfast, simple but just enough. Extra if you want to pay for beer and wine. The lady who is the owner/caretaker was so polite and such a treat to see in the morning. It really made a nice difference. Super clean which makes a difference to me

It was clean, spacious & well stocked with toiletries, towels & a variety of foods for a self serve breakfast, such as coffee, tea, yoghurt, & sweet biscuits & pastries. The location was just a short walk from the bus stop & the road along the canal with lots of restaurants & shops. As a single female traveler I felt very secure. I was allowed an early check in. I appreciated the transfer to the airport at only 10€ - less than half the normal taxi rate. I will definitely stay here the next time I use the Rome Airport.
