A real little gem in Frascati. The room is brand new, very well equipped and well decorated (somehow rare in Italy). The arrival is very easy and can be done autonomously (same for the departure). The are coffee at disposal if needed. The breakfast is at little ‘pasticeria’ nearby, which make you feel like a real local. The location is perfect in the center of Frascati. I warmly recommend this place!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped with everything. This was the best accommodation we've ever been in. There was a lot of kind of food we could choose from for breakfast. The view from the window was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The city center is relatively close and it's really cheap to travel there by train. Ciampino Airport is even closer. The nearest supermarket is in a 15-20 minutes distance (on foot). The neighborhood is really calming and nice. The check-in process was easy and it was simple to find our room. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Emanuele, Giola (the gorgeous lady), the restaurant staff in the morning breakfast, all staff were very friendly, lovely, nice and helpful. They always have a smile on their face. All amenities including lots of restaurants are nearby. Train station just 1 minute walk. Beautiful view from our room. I had a great time staying at Bellavista Antica Terrazza Frascati.
