The most perfect place to stay in Florence! The owner is a very, very friendly person who gave us detailed instructions to explore Florence. The room was clean, beautiful, big and within walking distance of other attractions in Florence and the bus stop. I will be going back to Florence again and staying at this hotel. Our room can view the Duomo. The star of the show is our receptionist which went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. She carried our luggage and make sure our needs are met. She even given us very good tips on how to get around and what are the good restaurants( halal).

By far this is the best stay we’ve ever had! All of the staffs are unbelievably friendly from the reception to the helpers! Rooms are spacious, super clean bathroom, very near about 50m walk to Firenza St Maria train station. It is lovely that we have nothing to complaint at all. I believe the management takes a good care of the staffs, in return, the staffs takes a very good care of their guests! keep up! we’ll definately come again if we were to come back agsin to Florence!
