Modern facilities and spaces, friendly and helpful staff. Even though not many rooms there is still a lift so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. Parking was great and a short walk to town. Loved the size of room and bathroom and media/speakers

Franz is a really friendly host! We booked spontaneously and got a lot of help over text messages with fast answers. The location is perfect and the rooms and beds are very comfy. We felt super welcome and our dog too! We loved that we could make ourselves coffee and tea and get some biscuits. We definitely recommend the stay at Casa di Franz and we would definitely come back.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Very nice and clean rooms, and of course the view is outstanding! Located very convenient - you can take a bus from Bolzano, takes only 40 minutes. And what makes this place special is a service! The administrator and at the same time the chef of the restaurant cares about all her guests. She provides an amazing fresh breakfast, very tasty Thai dinners, and she is always ready to support you with advises and tips for your trip. In the end you start to feel like home at this place. I would definitely recommend and come back!

The owner was so pleasant and welcoming. The whole building is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean and so well organised. Breakfast is amazing especially the home baked bread. It has its own delightful chapel and as well as a pension it would be an ideal venue for weddings or family celebrations.
