THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT EDIBLE , it was prepacek ,toast ,croissant, cartan of fruit juice , the house it self it was beautifull as i thought it would be , something out of a old flim , Google stated that where 4 restanurant local but on the sunday night when we stayed they where all closed We had to travel 20 min to the next town for food the host did no speak any English

Very nice host, she fetched us right from the parking lot and gave a short tour of the village. Loved the rock wall in the bed room, and the big garden you have all to yourself.

Quality accommodation in an excellent location, with a lovely terrace and views across the valley. Breakfast is provide at GV9 Bistro, just up the steps on the main road, and parking is 2 euros per day with a ticket provided by Francesco. Access to the property is by electronic key card and communication and instructions by smartphone. Those of us with telefonos antichos had no problem!

Situated in Pietrapertosa, La Stella del Viandante is a recently renovated accommodation, 42 km from National Archaeological Museum and 42 km from Stazione di Potenza Centrale.

Pietrapertosa is a beautiful village, it is less touristic than Castelmezzano, less busy, but actually more scenic, more authentic. The apartment from Marinella is newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, many lovely details and a lot of charme. The "breakfast" is a large and tasteful variety of food&drinks&fesh fruits offered for free from the fridge and the board, and even a fresh cake was waiting for us. Marinella is very welcoming and truly a sweetheart. (P.S.: don't miss the pizza at "Baronetto" and the pasta at "Le Rocce")

The property is a former farm house that was nicely restored by Antonio and his family. The building is immersed in the "calanchi" and allows travelers to experience this fascinating landscape up close. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are oversized. Breakfast is served in a very nice room, is abundant and includes home made baked goods. Antonio is a super host - very responsive and truly cares about delivering the best experience for his guests. Strategically located to visit Aliano, Tursi, Craco, Pisticci etc. Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the views and surroundings in Pietrapertosa are truly breathtaking. It’s a small mountain town built into the rocks, which makes the atmosphere very special.

Lovely warm and comfortable stay overnight. This B&B has everything you need. Good location not far from the town hall. I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was included at nearby cafe. Extremely good value. Would love to spend more time in Castelmezzo one day and would definitely stay here again.
