I absolutely loved the service and the warm, friendly hospitality from Mrs. Emanuela, the host. She was incredibly flexible and welcoming, which made our stay feel so comfortable. The breakfast she provides is simply delicious, she even bakes some of the items herself, which adds such a lovely, personal touch. Although we didn’t spend much time at the property due to my work commitments, everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The sofa bed, bathroom, and all the facilities were clean, comfortable, and definitely great value for the price. I truly can’t recommend this place enough!

I would rate this place 11 out of 10 if I could. It is a hidden gem, where one can fully disconnect and recharge. The room is spacious, very clean, with a stunning view and old beautiful furniture. The nights are so quiet and the sky is full of stars. There are only 2 rooms in the property that guests can book, so it feels like you have the place of your own. There is lavender, olive and fig trees in the garden. Lorenzo is growing all the vegetables himself and there is also the bee farm so the whole place feels very cozy. Lorenzo is a great host doing an awesome job, so welcoming, so kind hearted. Breakfasts were sweet and in abundance and dinners were made with love and following nonna recipes. If you are a fan of hiking as I am, there are multiple hiking paths nearby and almost a private path to the river. Andof course Chako, Gala and Krucho :)

We came to find peace, relaxation and quietness. Which it all gave us in plenty, and the latter, the quietness, was absolutely amazing, could almost hear it. Lovely breakfast with plenty of homemade delicious items at the buffet. Besides above, the location itself is amazing. When leaving the property, try turn left and follow the road up into the hills and see the vineyards from above, that view cannot be described with words.

Situated in Civitella in Val di Chiana, Palazzo Ninci has a recently renovated accommodation 19 km from Piazza Grande.

What words to chose to describe the hospitality offered by Lisa? Amazing! Felt like home! Available, helpful and kind, she prepared our breakfast every morning! The building is a part of the history of the area and the decor is tasteful ! The village is immersed in nature! The room was spacious and extremely clean! She has thought everything the guest might need! Value for money! Would definitely come back!

Beautifully little town with lots of character. Monica and Guido are a very exceptional duo, they are doing a great job, very welcoming, very chatty and funny. and very very helpful. My son Loved the pool every morning, Guido shared some beautifully history of Il Castello, it has been in the family for generations, the rooms were amazing so unique, just perfect !! We will definitely try and visit again.
