The hosts, Giovanna and Andrea were great, are great! They welcomed us with kindness and grace. They are really fantastic people. They went the extra mile for us and even invited us to an evening get together with family and friends. They recommended great restaurants and local sights for us to visit. They rebuilt the building, inside and out, that the luxury rooms are located in and it is beautiful and comfortable. The shower was incredible and big! The room was a very good size also, as well as the bathroom. I liked also that there is an elevator located inside the building so we could reach our rooms without having to carry all of our luggage up 2 flights of steps. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for croissants and other items as well. The bed was very comfortable and firm, just the way I like it. The location is convenient for visiting all the sights of Todi. We will visit again and stay at the Palazzo degli Stemmi.

New, beautiful boutique hotel. Stylish with lots of character. Everything is new which is always fun, spacious rooms, on one of the beautiful streets of Todi (and they are all beautiful). The owners are welcoming. We would love to go back there.

Have been looking for a nice place to stay in this quiet and scenic area for a while now. Villa Anna ticks all the boxes - a wonderfully friendly host in Chiara, all the facilities you could possibly need, clean and tidy, generously sized accommodation and all in all a very pleasant experience.     Fabio was really friendly and good at communicating - he was a great host. The room was very cheap but it had a good bathroom, bed, fridge, air-con, TV (didn't use it) and WIFI. It was clean - there was parking and the area was pretty quiet.
