My first time in Venice and i was traveling alone for a few days, and i chose this hotel. Its really really nice - modern decor, new and clean. Im not sure if i got an upgrade or not, but the room is super and everything at the mini bar is nice and free. I really had the best experience. Very good convenient neighborhood; very prime yet not crowded.

Very nice owner and breakfast is provided in the room. Location was quiet and still seemed close to everything. There was an easy self check in process to allow for arrival at any time. We ended up having to return to Venice later in the same trip and booked in here a second time because we liked it so much.

The hospitality was amazing! It's our honeymoon and we loved our stay! Ramano was very accommodating to our needs 🙂! The beds were comfortable, and the prepared breakfast (Provided by Hotel Option) was buonissimo (very good)! They provide a menu every morning at the breakfast lounge, where there is a wide variety of selections and you can order multiple food and drinks. (Do note that if you want scramble eggs its €4, but the rest of the selections are free.) The place of stay is located near less touristy restaurants (so it doesn't hurt your wallet🥲), a pizza shop, and walking distance to the water bus terminal "S Toma". I will recommend this place to my other couple friends from Singapore.

Fabio was there to greet us and tell us a little about the area and the points of interest. He gave us a map and explained to us how to buy bus/ferry tickets for our day visit to Venice. Our car was safely locked behind a gate during our stay. It was easy to come and go through the gate. Felt very safe and secure.

The suite we had included a staircase up to a private rooftop terrace! The exposed wood beams were gorgeous, and a mini fridge in the room was so convenient… especially with free prosecco and water! The location’s entry and reception has beautiful Murano glass chandeliers and decor! The staff was super kind and helpful!
