Great location. We could see Mount Fuji from the room. Nice room, the futons were comfortable. Good food.

I was there for 2 nights. The staff had a very good english, very nice people, the room was comfy and clean. It's located on a bit of a steep hill but they let you know about it beforehand so you come prepared. I had a very good time there, they had a bar with good prices. There is a Lawson and 7/11 a few minutes away by walk. Will come again if I ever come back to hakone.
