Hana-san is the most friendly, helpful and kind host! She even gave us a little memoir of our stay there which is the most heartwarming thing ever! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and super spacious. We had a traditional Japanese style room, and it could have easily fit one more person. The value for money is just superb. On top of that a small free breakfast buffet and free parking spots are offered as well, so truly nothing to complain about! We are so glad to have met Hana-san and stayed at this beautiful place.

We booked this room spontaneously when we decided last minute to extend our stay in Fujikawaguchiko. The staff was exceptionally friendly and stayed up longer for us to let us check in after 9pm when we took way longer then expected to get down mount fuji. The room was adorable, we booked the classic japanese room with tatami. They also provide classic western mattresses for people who don’t want to sleep on a futon. The location is amazing, right next to the main station. We’d book this place again.

Very nice, spacious, quiet, and clean apartment with many good utilities. The whole apartment basically has a nice tatami floor and for sleeping there are futons which are also quite nice. The location is very convenient allowing easy and quick access to surrounding sightseeing and hiking places (i.e., with a car). Supermarkets are within walking distance. Great value for the money. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Good location. Around 15 minutes to bus stop to get to Fuji. Can travel by train on Fujikyuko Line, because it close to train station (you can get from Tokyo to this hotel 1.5 hour and you can travel 2 station forward to get to Fuji-Q park that contains Naruto x Boruto mini village). Very kind stuff, they have brochures about locations like how to get to Fuji etc.
