The owner was very friendly and very helpful. We booked a triple with a shared bathroom but when we arrived he allocated us a room with an adjacent bathroom for our exclusive use. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. The owner does not live on site (5 mins away)so issued us with front door keys so we could come and go as we wished and insisted on being there when we checked out a 6am the following morning which was kind. He also gave us his phone number so we could contact at him at any time. The location is excellent for anyone using the train station. It is about 7 mins walking distance from the station and located in the towns Main Street so there are plenty of food opportunities. It takes about 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk from the station (needs to go around the one way system) and that costs under LKR200. It was a great overnight stay in an interesting vibrant town. Highly recommend

The service from the staff was excellent! I stayed here after hiking stages 16 and 17 of the Pekoe Trail and they were very accomodating to my needs as a hiker. The entire property was also the cleanest I've seen in Sri Lanka so far.

The location is so interesting and wonderful. The river flowing down there was a hidden paradise for us. The green surroundings and mountain view from the room were marvelous. Also, the rooms were very clean and comfortable; the staff was so friendly, and they welcomed us warmly. Breakfast we had was so nice, and we enjoyed our stay calm and delightfully. Number one stay we've ever had .

We loved our stay at Ella Blue Heaven. The views are amazing and it’s a very peaceful and relaxing place to be. The room was really comfortable and clean and we had a lovely breakfast everyday. The host is super helpful and very hospitable. There is just one single track/road that goes from the main road in Ella down to the apartment, it takes around 10mins in a tuk tuk.

We absolutely LOVED “Lush in Ella”. If you are wanting to experience peaceful oasis in Ella, this is the place. The design of this unique space hits all the marks in an off the beaten path stay. A junglalow with a view of waterfall, the jungle sounds immersed in nature. The room is private, super clean and the design of the space is just perfect 🤩 it is a 10 out of 10!!! Saman and her husband were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was awesome… we are vegan and they were very accommodating. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts! 🙏❤️
