It was the best decision to spend a night in this place - everything was beyond my expectations! the hosts were so kind and helpful, I really felt like I was was visiting good old friends. Room was perfect! I would like to give an extra point for a nice view! The bathroom was also nice and spacious, all needed toiletries were included. Also it was a pleasure to meet Missy the Dog! Wish she could have slept in our bed:) Thank you once again for such a nice stay after a few stressful flights to Sri Lanka :)

Absolutely everything was impeccable! The owners were kind, friendly, and extra flexible, allowing us a late checkout which was much appreciated. We honestly didn't want to leave and this will definitely be our go to place when we return to Colombo next. The owner Oshadi has an incredible talent for interior and exterior design and the beautiful setting alone is reason enough to stay here. Every inch of the place has been attended to with impeccable taste. The caretaker was also extremely helpful and we had a very comfortable stay here.

A fantastic place located just 5 minutes from Maharagama Town by tuk-tuk. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is calm and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the place was easy to find on Google Maps. We look forward to visiting again!

Perfect place to stay in Colombo. Very friendly Hosts and service staff - they will take care of everything you need (eg. airport transfer etc). They serve fantastic breakfast - you may order in advance one of the option - SriLankan or Continental. Rooms have comfort size, they are very clean and cozy, all the equipment is there, everything worked as expected. Hosts have а Pekingese dog - this is just a quintessence of cuteness :)

The staff was super kind and the manager of the hotel welcomed us with a tea. He gave us a lot of recommendations for our trip in Sri Lanka and a very good one for authentic sri lankan dinner nearby the hotel.

The house is, as stated in the ad, "oasis". A lot of green space around the house with quiet neighborhood. The room we stayed in was very nice. Sita is a wonderful and kind person, and Glenn and Fiona were ready to help with anything all the time. We really enjoyed our stay at 27!
