The house is very close to the road and easy to find, and also not noisy and the cars passing don't bother at all. The rooms had views to the lake and they were very peaceful and large in size. The common bathroom is downstairs so you have to climb some stairs but nothing out of the ordinary. It has a decently equipped kitchen and you can use the fridge and whatever is at your disposal. The owners were welcoming and helpful, although the spoke only little English, but we could manage with willingness. There's a big garden and lots of outdoor space to eat, lay down, do yoga, meditate or run around. There's also a promenade around the lake from the house itself and you can go to town through it. There are some restaurants only 10 minutes away on foot.

Viva Trakai is situated at the shore of Lake Galve, 1 km from the 14th century Trakai Castle, of which some rooms feature view, have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

We had an attic room with a spectacular view of Trakai Castle. Woke up early to catch it in the sunrise. The dinner in the restaurant on the property was great. Georgian food. We arrived late and that saved us because it was off season and everything else in the area was closing early.

It was probably one of the coolest locations I've been to in a long time all over the world. Great location just 5min walk from the train station and bus stops. Walkable distance to all attraction in the city centre. The apartment was modern and cosy with well equipped kitchen. It was a great place to travel outside Vilnus using a public transport.
