Since we were upgraded the comments relate to the apartments and not the double rooms. The apartment was very quite large with all required a facilities. The view of the balcony (of all rooms) was of the sea and part of the touristic promenade which could be reached by foot in a few minutes. There were multiple bars and restaurants. The nearest major store however was up the hill, near the main road. Since the hotel was situated at the end of the touristic area, it was rather quiet. By foot it was also possible to reach another part/beach of the city around the cliff, which by the way makes for great photos. While there was no beach directly nearby, the hotel offered sunbeds on its property right at the cliffs. (Where theoretically you could get in via a ladder to swim as well.)

Everything was excellent. The apartment is good equipped, the beach is close to the building, just couple of minutes by walk. The location is very good, big parking lot, supermarkets are all around, even the ambulance with the doctor that is providing consultancy all thay along is down the street, just couple of steps away.

The season doesn't start at full swing until 1st June. We had the property to ourselves ( group of 9) between 25-31 May. We were upgraded to top floor apartment for no extra charge. The sunset views are amazing. The views from the backyard are stunning. The swimming pool is great for young guest and the older ones too. Five minutes walk from the beach. New, lovely members of staff look after guests and the place at the highest standards. I have holiday blues already...

The property is conveniently located, with the beach, restaurants and supermarkets less than a five-minute walk away. Guests of Dena apartments have access to the pool and other facilities at the sister hotel Royal Azur, which is just a couple of minutes walk away. Great place to relax and enjoy the sea and mountains This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable vacation. It has beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a nice beach with sunbeds, and a very peaceful atmosphere. The owner is super friendly and helpful. You can tell he really cares about the place and wants guests to feel happy and comfortable. The rooms are clean, with fresh white bed sheets and towels. There’s air conditioning in every room, good mattresses, and comfy pillows. The patio and sunbeds are cleaned every day – no dust at all! There’s also an elevator and free parking. Cafes and small shops are just across the street. You can even order food to your room, which is very convenient. The location is great – only 15 km to Bar and about the same to Ulcinj. The beach is rocky, so it’s better for people who can swim well. But it’s also a cool place to explore underwater life if you have a mask. Our 12-year-old loved swimming there! Big thanks to the hotel team for the great service and warm attitude. We wish you all the best and many happy guests!

The villa gina was incredible. The staff was super friendly, with interesting conversation and great sense of hospitality. We loved our stay and we recommand to choose the Villa Gina for your next vacations. It's a very classy and relaxing place where you feel safe, relaxed and welcome.
