Domenico is a superb host. Charming, easy-going, he is there to greet you and to explain everything. Though he does not live on-site, he is available for any questions before and during your stay. My room was very clean, with everything that I needed. There is a well-stocked kitchen upstairs, and an airy open terrace as well where one can relax, work, even take a nap in the hot afternoons.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! The location is fantastic—just a short 5-minute walk to Spinola Bay, where you can enjoy stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. Additionally, a grocery store is conveniently located just 3 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on essentials or grab a quick snack. The cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. Everything was spotless, which made me feel right at home. You can tell that the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. What really stood out to me was the host's availability. They were always just a message away and eager to assist with any questions or concerns I had throughout my stay. This level of support really enhanced my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

The room facilities were all new as it is a new hotel, everything was super clean (they cleaned our room daily), we had complimentary bottles of water on the day of arrival, and the staff was very polite and helpful and everything we needed they have provided us with - I’ve asked them if there is a hairdryer in the room since it wasn’t included in the description of the booking and they said they will arrange for me to have one in my room. It is also important to mention that there was always hot water for a shower. Additionally, there are bus stops at a 5-10 min walk from the hotel, but you can also walk around easily because for example St. Julian’s bay is 10-15 mins away on foot and Sliema Ferry is 15 mins away.

Very well equipped hotel, with books and board games for guests to peruse, even has a basket of sun creams by the pool. The staff is helpful and kind, and the interior of the hotel is beautiful and unique. Walking distance from the airport, without it being loud from the planes, very calm and relaxing. Great as a hub to discover Malta, without being in the middle of noisy and busy tourist hot-spots.

    Everything was super clean and new. Excellent location just a 5min walk from the seaside and Spinola Bay. I was at the top floor where there were only 2 rooms so it was very quiet and private. My room had a nice balcony with a view and some chairs to sit and enjoy the sun. Marica is a great host. Since I arrived there from another trip with just a single backpack and they don't have a laundry service on-site she offered me to do it at her own house free of charge.
