Dona Laura the owner and her husband were wonderful. Always ready to please with a smile on their face. Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

Clean and quiet room, amazing breakfast, very convenient location with everything within a walking distance. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available on site. I've seen some reviews that it can be noisy due to the cars passing by, but the room we stayed in was in the furthest corner of the property, so we didn't experience any of that, especially considering that we kept the windows closed because we were using the AC.

A nice family run hotel in the center of Valladolid. Everyone is really kind and helpful. The room has A/C which is really useful during the hot days. Wifi works great. Everything was regularly cleaned and kept in great condition. The pool with a refreshing water was really nice. There are 2 little kitchens with all the utilities you might need. Fruit, almond butter, milk, coffee, water, etc. - all of this and more is available during the whole day. It is a nice cozy place full of plants in the common areas.

They serve really nice coffee. I drink a lot of coffee every day, so it's great having something nice to drink. Really great patio in the back with a huge pool. Plenty of kitchen space for cooking with multiple stoves, so multiple people can cook at a time. Nice people and really accommodating. Super comfortable beds and AC in the rooms!

This little gem was a fantastic find on our way across Mexico. Five minute walk from the center of town with parking. The attention to detail that has been put into this hotel can be seen upon arrival. The room was very clean and the swimming pool provided a great space to relax from the hustle of the city.

Everything!!! The landlord was extremely helpful with my family (2 infants). The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the property and facilities well maintained. Whenever I get back to Valladolid I'll be sure tp check it out!

First and foremost, our receptionist Manolo was the best part of the stay. Helped us with our every need, always greeted us and asked us how it went, kept us updated on events and info happening around Valladolid. As for the room itself, it has cozy beds and and AC with warm showers. We do miss Valladolid and if we were to ever come back we would definitely book here again.
