Spacious and peaceful. Backdrop was very beautiful. Waterfall at the back of the property was worth the walk. Well kept grounds with beautiful hydrangeas. Easy to communicate with host and grounds keepers were all lovely and helpful even though English was not their first language.

Located at very scenic view. Let your mind relaxed, away from city hustle and bustle. Get more fresh air. At night can see stars from the cafe. Owner is very helpful to assist with transport contact and arrangment. As there’s no Grab at that area. And we didn’t find any tour package online we like. Also we don’t speak Malay. Janice villa owner help us engage Kundasang local driver to visit places like Desar cow farm, beautiful Sosodikon hill.

This is a wonderful hotel on the slopes of Mount Kinabulu in a modern building with all the necessary facilities and wonderful staff who did all they could to make my stay present. It appears that great care has been taken in the choice of fixtures and fitings and all was in a simple modern style except for the reception area which was a riot of colour. Those who appreciate good food told me that the restaurant was excellent. The hotel has a good garden, wonderful plants in containers and its own slice of secondary rain forest.

The location was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by nature. The container-style design was unique and cozy, and the outdoor seating area was a nice touch to enjoy the cool Kundasang air. Will definitely stay here again next time and bring my whole family to stay here.

Good for budget accommodation and it’s restaurant has delicious Arabic food. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. It also has a kitchen if you want to cook food. A staff member booked my bus for me and arranged transport.
