The very best location when exploring the old town of Patan. The hotel is situated in a small street and it is not noisy at all during night time. Impressive authentic interrior within the whole building. Our room was very cozy and comfortable - with hot water, all hygiene items. The owner even let us choose a bigger room. The staff is super friendly and supportive, their hospitality is amazing. We had a welcome coffee with cookies and fruits on arrival. The breakfast is served in a nice roof-top terrace.

Great location. Extremely nice, helpful and friendly staff. Clean and cosy room. Delicious breakfast. Thank you for everything 🙏When I arrived to the hotel I was in a bad mood due to the tiredness but all the staff was so nice and patient with me. We had great stay in Hira. The house is next to street, but it is surprisingly quite in the night, room is clean, warm, high speed internet. The owner is very helpful, responsible for all of our questions. Highly recommend.

    Breakfast was simple and tasty. Location is splendid. At the heart of the old town but incredibly quiet, peaceful. This is a very special place to stay with so much history and charming hosts who will show you the secret ways around and share their local knowledge. Very helpful and so kind.     Loved the beauty of the building - a carefully restored traditional house. Very elegant and tastefully decorated. Great location just near Patan Durban Square Super helpful staff. Very quiet at night. Beautiful small garden for breakfast. Food excellent. Very good value. Easy 15 minutes taxi ride to centre of Kathmandu. stayed this week with my son and would definitely recommend it.
